We ship our products around the world. Please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Tracking information will be sent to the email you provide during checkout. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you do not see your shipping confirmation email after the third business day after ordering. 

Shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and method, and we charge you only what we pay.

United States

Customers within the United States are offered free domestic shipping at checkout. However, if you would like to receive your order faster, you may select from a range of shipping options provided by the USPS and UPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for your shipment to reach its destination. If you experience longer than expected shipping times, please reach out to either the USPS or UPS for the customer MUST be the one to make changes or updates to shipping addresses after the order has been shipped. BRAND X is not responsible for complications due to customer or shipping carrier error.

International

Customers worldwide are offered a range of shipping options provided by the UPS or DHL. Please allow 5-25 business days for your shipment to reach its destination. If you experience longer than expected shipping times, please reach out to either the UPS or DHL for the customer MUST be the one to make changes or updates to shipping addresses after the order has been shipped. BRAND X is not responsible for complications due to customer or shipping carrier error.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to BRAND X and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.
